The goal: automate gym operations end to end.
The automation project maps 12 operational categories and 60 initiatives across Doral and Miramar, with Glofox as the central source of truth, n8n as the orchestration layer and AI providing intelligence. The broader objective is to reduce repetitive physical and administrative effort for the team while creating a more connected member experience.
